In particular, it deals with family law issues (separations, divorces, juvenile civil law, etc.), inheritance law, insurance law (accidents, professional and non-professional civil liability), contractual and non-contractual liability, commercial law, debt collection, mediations, assisted negotiations, out-of-court negotiations, business crises and labour law.

The firm offers its assistance in matters of Legislative Decree 231/2001, i.e. the administrative liability of entities, both in court (representation of entities accused of offences under Legislative Decree 231/2001, at all stages of proceedings) and out of court (preparation, revision and updating of Organisational Models, Codes of Ethics and internal procedures; participation in Supervisory Bodies). Throughout his professional activity, Giuseppe Sassi has been a member of Supervisory Bodies of public and private entities.
